The admission procedures at our clinic are straightforward. We ask that you contact us in all cases before inpatient admission in order to assess the indication for psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment, clarify insurance status, discuss any remaining questions and patient concerns, and — depending on available treatment places — confirm an admission date.

In an acute case, following prior consultation with us, all that is required is an emergency referral issued by a resident medical colleague, containing the diagnosis that justifies the acute admission.

For a more medium-term planned inpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment or day clinic stay at our clinic, a cost coverage guarantee from the respective health insurance provider for treatment at our clinic is required. This should be applied for in advance in the outpatient setting.
