The Clinic

The Setting.

Sanima Klinik is a private specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatic medicine in the health resort of Bad Herrenalb. The clinic's treatment spectrum covers conditions across the entire field of psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine. With 27 inpatient, reduced-inpatient and day-clinic treatment places and an excellent staffing ratio, Sanima Klinik provides a therapeutic environment that enables intensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic work as well as an indication-specific treatment plan tailored to each individual patient. Our electively admitted patients are self-caring. We do not treat patients requiring nursing care, nor patients with acute risk of harm to themselves and/or others.

Your profile

  • a completed professional qualification as a registered nurse (healthcare and nursing)
  • a positive and empathetic understanding of nursing care in the field of psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine
  • professional experience in the specialty is an advantage but not a requirement
  • independent and structured way of working
  • ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team

Your responsibilities

  • Delivery of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic nursing care, including activation programmes and group work
  • Support with organisational and administrative tasks
  • Collaboration and regular exchange with other professional groups and coordination of shared treatment goals
  • Participation in regular team meetings and supervision sessions
